Bioreactors. We adopt centrifugal lifting type Agitator, which has features of low shearing force, rapid solution circulation , shorter mixing time, and ability of linear scale up. And we adopt new type of aeration tube, which has features of foam free deep aeration, oxygen Transfer Rate (Kla between 4-8) satisfy.. Moreover, we also adopt unique decanting column, which has features of Simple structure, stable and reliable, Perfusion rate higher than 5 times of the working volume/per day, a self cleaning function and of features of liquid level being automatically controlled


Application


It suit for mammalian animal cell culture. it is also available for suspension culture , anchorage independent and anchorage dependent cell line. Continuous perfusion is applicable, it can increase cell density, improve the health pattern of cell, and greatly increase cell product.


DF-BED (FIXED-FLUIDIZED BED) FIBER DISK CELL CULTERE

Shanghai RITAI is pleased to introduce to the world their first DF-Bed (Fixed-Fluidized Bed) unit for fiber disk cell culture. DF-Bed unit is developed base on the principle of fluidization, consisting of a primary fixed bed with a secondary fluidized bed. The process allows fiber disks to periodically and briefly flow up and rotate in the media solution. The duration and period can be customized. The DF-Bed cell culture retains all benefits of Fixed Bed cell culture while overcoming its disadvantages, increasing cell density and production. This process avoids the impact of mechanical shearing force. Cells are grown inside the disk, cultivating good colony effect. It can perform direct aeration, air bubbles are rotated and dispersed, increasing the concentration of oxygen in media solution. It can perform sampling without contamination, cell counts and monitor cell growth. And it is excellent potential for scale up.


Application


It is suitable for anchorage independent and anchorage dependent cell

culture, and it is good for serum free cell culture, long time perfusion processing, harvesting the metabolized products;
